Life can be challenging and we are living in very stressful and uncertain times. We all need help now and then to make our way through those challenges.

My formal training has been focused on grief and drug and alcohol counseling, but I also have experience with relationships and building communications. Recently I've been learning weight loss management which includes some life experiences with Pitts Study group, Weight Watchers, B6, B12 shots, adipex( Robin eggs) and fasting after dinner. Most of what I am learning now is eating healthy ,walking, swimming pickleball,water aerobics and so much more.
