My name is Barb and this 
all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion to help others. My approach is rooted in providing quality service with integrity. Everything I do reflects my commitment to excellence and as a small business, I able to focus on providing that personal attention needed for your success.

Life can be challenging and we are living in very stressful and uncertain times. We all need help now and then to make our way through those challenges. 

My services are affordable and backed by years of experience.

My formal training has been focused on grief , drugs and alcohol counseling, I worked with teens in a residential facility. 

Am I an expert at everything no,by all means no!! and I really don't claim to be.

I won't sugar coat anything for you. I can tell you, something but it's up to you to do the work.

I'll work hard for you,I'll give you tools,to get to work on yourself. If you don't like in your face let's get busy!!!! Get off your ass ,then I'm not the coach for you.  I'm ex military so if I swear in our conversations well then you will know why. I am passionate in helping and seeing results.
